MOTEL RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit equal to one night's rent is required within 3-5 days of making reservations, if by check. Credit Card deposit for one night will be charged within 24 hours of making the reservation. The balance is due upon check-in. Deposits will be refunded if reservations are canceled 14 days prior to the arrival date, less the $15.00 service fee. With less than a 14 day notice, the deposit less the $15.00 service fee will be refunded if we are able to rebook the room. If early departure occurs, rent for remaining nights will NOT be refunded. No shows - deposits will be forfeited.
Visa - Mastercard - Discover - Personal or Cashier Checks will have 5.5% Sales Tax and 5.5% County Room Tax added.

Pet Charge:
Applies to Motel and Cabins only, House does not allow pets
$15.00 per day per pet. (Limit 2) We don't ask for a pet security deposit because our guests have acted responsibly with supervising & picking up after their pets.
