Reservation/Cancellation Policy for Rooms
Advanced reservations are suggested during peak season. A one-night deposit is required either by Cash, Check or Credit Card hold prior to requested reservation dates. All deposits will be refunded if a 7-day notice is given and the room is re-rented. The deposit is forfeited if guests arrive after the date specified, or depart prior to the final date of reservation, unless the room is re-rented.

  Nov. 1st - April 30th   
  $90.00 - $150.00 Daily*
May 1st  - Oct. 31st  
 $125.00 - $185.00 Daily*
Add $15.00 per night extra for any additional person over double occupancy.
No charge for children 12 and under.
Cabins can accommodate up to 8 people.
Reservations are accepted for a minimum 3 night stays during peak season.

Daily rate determined by # of nights stayed and # of people in cabin.
Reservations accepted for a weekly stay require a deposit of $200.00. Any reservation accepted for less than a week stay requires a $100.00 deposit. All deposits are refunded if a 14-day notice is given and the cabin is re-rented. The deposit will be forfeited if guests arrive after the date specified or depart before the final date of reservation, unless the cabin is re-rented.
